At by the River we provide a relaxed yet professional atmosphere and the perfect venue for any occasion. With extensive lawns, large Restaurant and outdoor deck directly located on the water's edge of the beautiful Richmond River.
Menus
Please find attached our function menus. We offer dining experiences ranging from cocktail service to buffet or 3 to 4 course meals. Highly popular amongst our menus is the cocktail menu followed by sit down main and dessert. This allows for less formal mingling during the cocktail service complemented by the traditional seated main and dessert for speeches and toasts.
Beverages
We are fully licensed and we can cater to all your beverage needs. Please contact us regarding our current wine list.
Linen
A full linen service of serviettes and table clothes will be provided free of charge when using our rectangular tables.
Venue Hire & Setup Costs
By The River is available any day of the week for your exclusive use. A fee of $600 applies on Friday’s and Saturdays and $300 on any other day. The venue will be available to you for the whole day from 9am and is set the night prior to your event. Your event can begin and finish at anytime thereafter until 12am the following morning.
Deposit
A deposit of $250 is required to secure your function date and the deposit is non refundable. Final numbers are required 5 days prior to your function and non attendees will be catered to and therefore charged for. Settlement of catering and venue hire accounts is required 2 days prior to your function and credit cards incur a 2% surcharge. All prices are GST inclusive.
